           📦 Standard Delivery: 5–8 working days across India

           🌧️ Factors like public holidays, extreme weather may cause slight delays

           🚚 J & K and North-East India: delivery may take up to 10 working days

           ⏳ In rare cases (like a hot-selling product!), it might take up to 2 weeks

🔍 How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll shoot a tracking link to your email.
Didn’t receive it within 48 hours? No stress — just ping us at support@rizzempire.com and we’ll help you out!

❓ Delivered but not received?

Sometimes your package may be accepted by a:

         Family member

         Roommate

          Security guard

          Office mailroom

If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

           1.) Let us know within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification

           2). We’ll immediately raise the issue with the courier and investigate

           3). We’ll issue a full refund (investigation can take up to 10 working days)

⛔ If not reported within 48 hours, we may not be able to assist further — so act fast!
