📦 Return & Exchange Policy — Rizz Empire

For any return or exchange requests, hit us up at info@rizzempire.com — we’re here to help!

🔁 Exchange & Return Window:

You’ve got 7 days from the delivery date (yep, including delivery day) to let us know if anything’s off — wrong product, size issue, or something else. We’ve got your back, but only if you let us know in time!

✅ What qualifies for an exchange:

       1).   Received the wrong size or product?

       2).   Size not fitting right?

No worries — we’ll replace it for FREE with the correct size or item of the same value. We’ll even handle the reverse pickup.
If the exchange item has a higher value, just pay the price difference online.

🚫 No extra charges for size exchanges of same-value items. Easy peasy.

🔄 Condition of items:

Make sure the product:

       1).   Has the original sticker/label attached

       2).   Is folded properly

       3).   Packed securely to avoid damage during return transit

If not, we won’t be able to process the exchange — keep it tidy!

💸 What about refunds?

We issue refunds only for defective or damaged products (and we verify it).
If that’s the case, email us with:

       1).   Your Order ID

       2).   Details of the issue

       3).   Clear photos of the defective product

✅ Refunds are processed to the original payment method or a valid bank account provided by you.

🚨 In rare cases where returns are accepted for reasons other than defects (like change of mind), a ₹100 deduction will be made for reverse pickup charges — logistics ain’t cheap these days!


❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

         1).   Product used or washed

         2).   No original label/sticker

         3).   Slight colour/design variation from what’s shown online
                ( screens show colors differently — we try to be as close as possible! ) 

         4).   Return request made after 7-day window

         5).   Orders placed during sales or with discount codes

         6).   Size issues are eligible for free exchange only, not refunds


⚠️ Pro Tips:

          1).  Don’t accept packages that look damaged at delivery

          2).  Exchange/Return is allowed once per order only

          3).  We reserve the right to decline returns if the product is not same
